What Gojovia is

Gojovia is a marketplace that connects homeowners with independent, third-party service professionals. Gojovia is not itself a licensed contractor and does not perform home repair work. Contractors on Gojovia are independent businesses, not Gojovia employees or franchisees.

AI-assisted estimates

Urgency labels and price ranges shown before a quote are AI-assisted estimates grounded in historical job data where available. They are not a binding quote, a safety determination, or a substitute for professional judgment — always follow immediate safety guidance (e.g. gas leaks, active electrical hazards) regardless of what any estimate says.

Contractor verification

Contractors must submit license and insurance documentation and be approved before they can receive leads. Verification reduces risk but is not a guarantee of workmanship — review quotes, ratings, and reviews before booking.

Payments

Booking payments are processed through Stripe. Gojovia takes a platform commission on completed bookings, disclosed before you accept a quote.

Disputes

If a job doesn't go as agreed, you can raise a dispute from your booking. Our trust & safety team reviews the facts (with an AI-generated briefing used only to speed up that human review) and works toward a resolution, which may include a refund.
